By the close of the midday session, the Hang Seng Index was up 0.25%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index was up 0.79%. On the market, technology stocks saw more gains than losses, with rare earth permanent magnets, catering, real estate, and semiconductor sectors leading the rise, while food stocks and Apple concept stocks experienced significant declines.
