ARGUS stated on the interactive platform that the company has acquired a 10 million fund share from Zhejiang Rongteng Venture Capital Partnership. Zhejiang Rongteng holds a 1.3217% equity stake in Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. After the transaction is completed, the company will indirectly hold a 0.0110% equity stake in Yushu Technology through Zhejiang Rongteng. The relevant transaction still requires approval from the partner meeting of Zhejiang Rongteng and the completion of industrial and commercial change registration and related filing procedures
