# ZJTION IPO pricing set at 8.6 yuan/share, subscription opens on March 28

According to the announcement from ZJTION (603210.SH), the issuer and the sponsor (lead underwriter) have determined the issuance price to be RMB 8.60 per share, taking into account the preliminary inquiry results, the reasonable investment value of the issuer, the secondary market valuation levels of comparable companies, the secondary market valuation levels of the industry, as well as factors such as the effective subscription multiple of offline investors, market conditions, fundraising needs, and underwriting risks.

The offline subscription date and time are set for March 28, 2025 (T day) (09:30-15:00), while the online subscription date and time are also set for March 28, 2025 (T day) (09:30-11:30, 13:00-15:00)
