# GS plans to change control rights and will be suspended from trading starting March 27

According to the announcement from GS (601500.SH), the company's controlling shareholder, Hongdou Group Co., Ltd. ("Hongdou Group"), is planning to transfer its shares in the company, which may lead to a change in the company's control. Currently, Hongdou Group is actively promoting the relevant work for this transaction with the counterpart.

The company has applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a suspension of its stock trading, which will take effect from the morning of March 27, 2025 (Thursday), and the suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days
