According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SLC (603648.SH) announced that Jiarong Investment plans to reduce its holdings within three months from the third trading day after the announcement, specifically from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system, intending to reduce no more than 10.8724 million shares of the company, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital
