According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EBJB (600622.SH) stated that its shareholders Shanghai Jiading Jianye Investment Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiading Jianye") and Shanghai Jiading Technology Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shanghai Jiading Technology Investment Co., Ltd., referred to as "Jiading KETou") plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 14.9969 million shares through centralized bidding, with a total reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital
