# Weigao Orthopaedic plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Weigao Orthopaedic (688161.SH) has released the draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 7.2 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for 1.80% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 6.7 million shares will be granted initially, with 500,000 shares reserved. The grant price is set at 13.89 yuan per share, and the reserved portion will have the same grant price as the initial grant.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted shares to the date when all the restricted shares granted to the incentive recipients are fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 60 months
