# HENGDA: 6.3 million yuan to transfer the accounts receivable of its wholly-owned subsidiary Changsha Qire

HENGDA announced that in order to improve asset efficiency, optimize financial structure, accelerate capital recovery, and increase cash flow, its wholly-owned subsidiary Evergrande Internet has decided to transfer its equity repurchase payment of 19 million yuan and interest of 10.8777 million yuan for Changsha Qire to Changsha Liande at a price of 6.3 million yuan. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. Upon completion of the transaction, it is expected to increase the company's net profit for the year 2025 by approximately 6.27 million yuan
