According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FINELAND LIVING (09978) announced its 2024 performance, with revenue of approximately 369 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 13.5%; the loss attributable to shareholders was 76.931 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.9%; the loss per share was 19.23 cents.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the decline in revenue generated from real estate agency services and property management services
