# The actual controller and chairman of TIANXIN PHARMA has lifted the lien

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TIANXIN PHARMA (603235.SH) announced that on November 2, 2024, it disclosed the "Announcement on the Detention of the Company's Actual Controller and Chairman." The company's actual controller and chairman, Xu Jiangnan, was detained and investigated by the Dongning Municipal Supervisory Committee.

On March 27, 2025, the company received the "Notice of Lifting Detention" issued by the Dongning Municipal Supervisory Committee, which decided to lift the detention measures against Xu Jiangnan. Currently, Xu Jiangnan is able to perform his duties as the chairman of the company normally, and the company's production and operation situation is normal
