# Great Shengda plans to acquire 20% equity of its subsidiary Sichuan Zhongfei for 104 million yuan

According to the announcement from Great Shengda (603687.SH), the company plans to acquire a 20% stake in Sichuan Great Shengda Zhongfei Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Zhongfei") held by Jiangsu Zhongcai New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Zhongcai") for 104 million yuan. Before this transaction, Great Shengda held a 60% stake in Sichuan Zhongfei; after the completion of this transaction, the company will hold an 80% stake in Sichuan Zhongfei, while Jiangsu Zhongcai will hold a 20% stake in Sichuan Zhongfei.

After the completion of this acquisition, the company will hold an 80% stake in Sichuan Zhongfei, which is beneficial for the company to further strengthen the overall operational management of its subsidiary Sichuan Zhongfei, improve its operational decision-making efficiency, and align with the company's overall long-term development strategic planning
