On March 27th, Jin10 Data reported that HUAKANG announced its intention to acquire 100% equity of Yuxin Sugar Alcohol held by Zhang Qibin, Tan Ruiqing, Tang Yinyu Xin, and Tan Jingzhong through a combination of issuing shares and cash payment, with a transaction price of 1.098 billion yuan
