# Huilong New Materials plans to establish a joint venture with Lanxiang Machinery to engage in special fiber product-related businesses

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huilong New Materials (301057.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign an "Investment Agreement" with Xinchang Lanxiang Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Lanxiang Machinery"). Both parties agree to establish Zhejiang Caixuelong Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name), which will mainly engage in special fiber products related to undyed color chenille yarn and other businesses. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 10 million yuan, of which the company will contribute 5.5 million yuan, holding a 55% stake; Lanxiang Machinery will contribute 4.5 million yuan, holding a 45% stake
