Under the strategic cooperation agreement, MARKETINGFORCE will provide AI technology support and solutions for all relevant business areas of the company, including but not limited to comprehensive AI functionalities for short video live streaming, market cooperation channel expansion and management, customer AI assistants, AI intelligent customer service, data analysis, and image recognition. In addition, the AI empowerment solutions designed and developed using large model technologies such as DeepSeek, introduced by MARKETINGFORCE, will provide technical support and training to the company, empowering and servicing the company's business development. The contracting parties will jointly explore the application scenarios of AI in the company's liquor business, collaboratively create vertical AI models for the liquor industry, and drive business innovation and development as well as upgrades in the liquor industry through artificial intelligence.
