# Guangzhou Restaurant released its 2024 annual performance, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 494 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.29%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guangzhou Restaurant (603043.SH) disclosed its 2024 annual report, reporting revenue of 5.124 billion yuan during the reporting period, a year-on-year increase of 4.55%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 494 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.29%; net profit excluding non-recurring items was 452 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.73%; basic earnings per share were 0.8683 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 4.80 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

Deepening the strategic hinterland of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the company is enhancing its national food layout through a "core city radiation + regional market fission" model, achieving a two-way breakthrough in cross-regional supply chain collaboration and consumer scenario penetration. The market share in East China and North China has steadily increased, achieving significant year-on-year sales growth, continuously deepening the East China and North China markets, expanding from core cities like Shanghai to surrounding areas such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and creating a new core market with the company's flagship product, Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes. The sales proportion of mooncakes outside Guangdong Province has been increasing year by year, approaching 20%. The company is accelerating its overseas market layout, with products entering markets in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other regions, resulting in a 41.63% increase in overseas market revenue.

The company is intensifying its national restaurant layout, focusing on key first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. As of now, it has newly established 8 Guangzhou Restaurant and Tao Tao Ju dining outlets and completed the acquisition of 5 authorized Tao Tao Ju stores. The company has 53 directly operated dining outlets, including 28 "Guangzhou Restaurant" outlets, 1 "Xingyue City" outlet, and 24 "Tao Tao Ju" outlets, with 18 authorized third-party operated "Tao Tao Ju" franchise stores
