# The actual controller of GZYJPCO proposed to spend between 50 million and 100 million yuan to repurchase shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GZYJPCO (603058.SH) announced that the company's actual controller and chairman, Deng Daixing, proposed that the company conduct a share repurchase through the centralized bidding trading method via the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system. The shares repurchased are intended to be fully used for cancellation in the future and to reduce the company's registered capital. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 100 million (inclusive). The upper limit of the repurchase price will not exceed 150% of the average trading price of the company's stock over the 30 trading days prior to the board's approval of the share repurchase resolution
