# SHEN YU plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 500 million yuan for the data line construction project in the intelligent field

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHEN YU (300563.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, with the total amount of funds to be raised not exceeding RMB 500 million (inclusive). After deducting issuance costs, all funds will be used for the construction project of data lines in the intelligent field
