# ZJOFHC: Plans to jointly acquire no more than 6.757% of the shares of Hangzhou United Bank with its controlling shareholder

Zhejiang Dongfang announced that the company plans to jointly acquire no more than 6.7570% of the shares of Hangzhou United Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. with its controlling shareholder, Zhejiang International Trade Group Co., Ltd., of which the company will acquire no more than 0.6970% of the shares, corresponding to 15,197,790 shares. This transaction constitutes a joint investment with related parties and does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The company has convened a board of directors to review and approve this transaction, and related directors have abstained from voting. The transaction amount does not exceed 5% of the company's most recent audited net assets and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval. The transaction methods include but are not limited to agreement transfer, public auction, etc., and there is uncertainty regarding the counterparty, final transaction price, and final acquisition share ratio
