# LESI GROUP's subsidiary has entered into a guarantee contract with Toutiao and Dongchezuz

According to the announcement from LESI GROUP (02540), in January 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing LESI Chuangxin Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing LESI Chuangxin) entered into a guarantee agreement with Xiamen Toutiao Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Toutiao) and Chongqing Dongchezhu Technology Co., Ltd. (Dongchezhu). Under this agreement, Beijing LESI Chuangxin agrees to provide a guarantee in favor of Toutiao and Dongchezhu to cover the payment obligations of Horgos Lemon Technology Co., Ltd. (Horgos Lemon) and Beijing Lexiao Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing Lexiao). Both Horgos Lemon and Beijing Lexiao are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Beijing LESI Chuangxin. Horgos Lemon and Beijing Lexiao have entered into business cooperation agreements with Toutiao and Dongchezhu to purchase advertising space on media platforms for mobile advertising.

Given that the group is procuring more advertising space on media platforms to meet customer advertising needs, and these media platforms are willing to offer favorable credit terms to the group on the condition that Beijing LESI Chuangxin provides a guarantee, Beijing LESI Chuangxin agrees to enter into a guarantee in favor of Toutiao and Dongchezhu to ensure that Horgos Lemon and Beijing Lexiao fulfill their payment obligations for the purchase of advertising space
