CNDL announced that its holding subsidiary, Maerkang New Energy, is investing in the construction of the Aba Maerkang Ribuyinglang photovoltaic power generation project, with an installed capacity of 300MW. The investment in the photovoltaic power station will not exceed 1.395 billion yuan, with a planned construction period of 16 calendar months and an operational period of 25 years. The project's funding sources will be 20% shareholder equity and 80% financing from financial institutions. The project has obtained the legal rights confirmation documents, and the filing requirements are now complete
