According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GYZ ELECTRONIC (688260.SH) disclosed the shareholder inquiry transfer plan, with the participating shareholder being Wang Bin, who intends to transfer a total of 3.3 million shares, accounting for 2.75% of GYZ ELECTRONIC's total share capital.

The transferor Wang Bin is the controlling shareholder, actual controller, a shareholder holding more than 5% of shares, chairman, and general manager of GYZ ELECTRONIC. The reason for this inquiry transfer is that the controlling shareholder and actual controller are providing financial assistance to the company free of charge. The transferor Wang Bin has committed to providing all funds obtained from this inquiry transfer, after deducting taxes and fees, to the company as financial assistance, with a validity period of no less than one year
