HOLYVIEW announced that its subsidiary, Wiener Chip Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest RMB 4 million to jointly increase capital and hold shares in Wuxi Juhua Venture Capital Partnership and other venture capital funds for Wuxi Juhua Sensor Technology Co., Ltd. After this investment is completed, Wiener Chip will hold 11.43% of the target company's shares. The funding for this investment comes from its own funds and aims to expand into new fields of smart sensor applications, helping the company gain more opportunities in new industry sectors
