# PROSPER FUTURE released its 2024 annual performance, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 53.728 million, an increase of 38.7% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PROSPER FUTURE (01259) released its performance for the fiscal year 2024, with revenue from continuing operations of HKD 508 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%; the loss attributable to equity holders of the company was HKD 53.728 million, a year-on-year increase of 38.7%; basic loss per share was HKD 0.0242.

During the reporting period, the gross profit margin increased by approximately 2.9% to about 25.7% (for the year ended December 31, 2023: approximately 22.8%). The overall increase in gross profit margin was mainly due to the increase in the gross profit margin of the financial services provided
