According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZJTION (603210.SH) announced that after the online and offline allocation mechanism was activated, the final number of shares issued offline was 18,002,198 shares, accounting for approximately 23.88% of the public offering quantity after deducting the final strategic placement quantity, and approximately 21.15% of the total issuance; the final number of shares issued online was 57,388,500 shares, accounting for approximately 76.12% of the public offering quantity after deducting the final strategic placement quantity, and approximately 67.44% of the total issuance. After the allocation mechanism was activated, the final winning rate for the online issuance was 0.04050726%
