# Gentech: "Zhengfan Convertible Bonds" will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange starting April 3rd

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Gentech (688596.SH) announced that the 1.041 billion yuan convertible corporate bonds issued by the company will be listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange starting from April 3, 2025. The bond is referred to as "Gentech Convertible Bonds," with the bond code "118053."
