# GOODWILL's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 4.5%

According to the announcement from GOODWILL (688246.SH), due to liquidity needs of the shareholders, shareholder Saifu Puxin plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2.0638 million shares, which is no more than 1.5% of the company's total share capital, based on market conditions through centralized bidding.

Due to its own funding needs, shareholder Guoshou Chengda plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 4.1276 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, based on market conditions through centralized bidding and block trading
