# Kingsun Share's shareholder Ruizhong Life intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kingsun Share (002638.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Ruizhong Life Insurance Co., Ltd. ("Ruizhong Life"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 14.201 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the total share capital after excluding the number of shares in the repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement of the reduction plan, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
