# SINO OIL & GAS was ordered to be liquidated by the High Court

SINO OIL & GAS ( 00702) announced that the company was ordered to be liquidated by the High Court today (31st), and the Director of the Bankruptcy Management Office has become the provisional liquidator of the company by virtue of his position.

The company's shares have been suspended from trading since 10:50 AM today and will continue to be suspended until further notice
