J.Pond Tech: Has acquired 49.90% equity of Sino-GaoDe

J.Pond Tech announced that the equity transfer work for the acquisition of 51% of Sino-Gaode has been partially completed. The company has acquired a total of 49.90% equity held by 12 shareholders of Sino-Gaode, corresponding to a registered capital of 18.1209 million yuan. The relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures have been completed, and the business license issued by the Dongguan Market Supervision Administration has been obtained. According to relevant regulations, the equity transfer of 1.10% held by some shareholders of Sino-Gaode still needs to go through the state-owned asset transaction procedures, which are currently progressing normally. After the completion of this industrial and commercial change registration, the company holds 49.90% of the equity of Sino-Gaode, becoming the single largest shareholder of Sino-Gaode
