According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BAOTI (600456.SH) plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, with a total fundraising amount (including issuance costs) not exceeding 3.5 billion yuan. After deducting issuance costs, the funds are intended to be fully used for: titanium resource recycling and melting quality improvement capacity expansion project, aerospace-grade titanium and titanium alloy intelligent forging production line and supply chain collaborative construction project, titanium and titanium alloy near-net-shape production line construction project, and to supplement working capital
