According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JINGXIN (002020.SZ) announced that as of March 31, 2025, the company repurchased 35.1 million shares through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 4.08% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price for the repurchased shares was 14.41 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price was 11.86 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 443 million yuan (excluding transaction fees)
