According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JXGNCL (000899.SZ) announced that it recently received the "Approval on Jiangxi Ganneng Co., Ltd.'s Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds Registration to Professional Investors" (Zheng Jian Xu Ke \[2025\] No. 559) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, approving the company's application to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value of no more than 2 billion yuan to professional investors
