(referred to as "Foreign Capital Management Company") will cumulatively increase its holdings of A-shares by 10.5036 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from December 31, 2024, to March 31, 2025, with an increase amounting to RMB 121 million; the shares increased account for 0.93% of the company's total share capital
