# XH NEWS MEDIA appointed BDO as the auditor

According to the XH NEWS MEDIA, Zhongzheng Tianheng Accounting Firm has resigned as the company's auditor, effective March 31, 2025, due to the company's failure to reach a consensus with Zhongzheng Tianheng on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.

Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, BDO Limited has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective March 31, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhongzheng Tianheng's resignation. BDO's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
