According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SKZN (300897.SZ) announced that its shareholder Liu Tao intends to transfer 5.0243 million shares of the company's unrestricted circulating shares (accounting for 5.0000% of the company's total share capital and 5.0581% of the total share capital after excluding the shares repurchased by the company) to Jiaxing Linchang Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) through a negotiated transfer, with a total transfer price (including tax) of 107 million yuan
