# ST TMSP: The company applies to revoke other risk warnings for its stock

ST TMSP announced that the company conducted a detailed self-examination in accordance with the provisions of Article 9.8.1 of the Stock Listing Rules. The circumstances that triggered other risk warnings for the company's stock have been eliminated, and the conditions for applying to lift the other risk warnings on the company's stock as stipulated in Article 9.8.7 of the Stock Listing Rules have been met. The company intends to submit an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange to lift the other risk warnings on the company's stock. Specifically, this includes: the repayment of non-operating fund occupation by the original controlling shareholder and related parties, the 2024 financial report audit showing improved going concern capability, and the 2024 internal control audit showing effective operation of internal controls. The final application for lifting will be subject to the review opinions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange
