# GLODON plans to repurchase 5 million to 10 million shares at a repurchase price not exceeding 21 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GLODON (002410.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase shares for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans, with the number of shares to be repurchased not less than 5 million shares (accounting for 0.30% of the company's total share capital) and not exceeding 10 million shares (accounting for 0.61% of the company's total share capital); the repurchase price will not exceed 21 yuan per share (inclusive). The implementation period will not exceed 12 months from the date of approval of the repurchase plan by the company's sixth board of directors' eighteenth meeting
