According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CNQC INT'L (01240) announced its final results for the year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 9.904 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 4.98%; profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 45.578 million, turning from loss to profit year-on-year; basic earnings per share of HKD 0.028.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the decline in income from property development in Singapore during the reporting period
