# MTL released its 2024 annual performance, with a net loss attributable to the parent company of 1.055 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MTL (600683.SH) disclosed its annual report for 2024, reporting revenue of 1.417 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 86.69%; a net loss attributable to shareholders of 1.055 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase; a net loss excluding non-recurring items of 1.119 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase; and basic earnings per share of -1.86 yuan.

The decrease in revenue and net profit during the reporting period is mainly due to the impact of the development cycle and project schedule of the company's ongoing projects, resulting in a reduced scale of revenue recognition
