In terms of news, recently, BLOKS introduced the concept of "product ecosystem" for the first time at the Global Partner Conference, announcing a deepening of R&D innovation, expansion of diverse IP collaborations, and strengthening user co-creation, partnering with global partners to embark on a new decade journey in the role-playing toy industry. At the conference, BLOKS showcased six classic series including Hero5, Hero8, and Champion, featuring the latest products from global IPs such as Transformers, Ultraman, and Marvel Infinite Legends. Additionally, BLOKS revealed three brand new series for the first time, covering IPs like Harry Potter, Hatsune Miku, and Detective Conan, focusing on themes such as "cute," "fantasy," and "alliance." Furthermore, BLOKS announced new collaborations with seven major IPs including Honor of Kings, Jurassic World, and The Powerpuff Girls, further enriching its global IP matrix.

Zheshang Securities pointed out that the company has accelerated new product launches over the past 25 years, with the number of new products in January, February, and March of 25 being 0, 4, and 11 respectively, showing acceleration both year-on-year and month-on-month. The company expects to double the new product launches to 800 in 25. The firm believes that BLOKS needs to establish a robust operational mechanism for its building blocks to achieve stable hit rates and an IP matrix. Currently, BLOKS has a significant positional advantage in domestic building blocks, having pioneered an efficient hit product model in the industry, with ample time and space for growth. With the current acceleration in new product launches and superior product quality, the firm is optimistic about the company's move towards platform-based operations. The Chinese building block industry is highly prosperous, with the trend of domestic products rising confirmed. BLOKS has a positional advantage in building block operations compared to competitors, with vast potential for expanding price ranges, IPs, channels, and overseas markets
