# FAIRWOOD HOLD: Li Biqi has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer

According to the announcement from FAIRWOOD HOLD (00052), effective April 1, 2025: Mr. Luo Kaiyang has been transferred from the company's executive director to non-executive director and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under the listing rules and the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance. He will remain as the chairman of the board and chairman of the company's nomination committee;

Mr. Luo Huicheng has been appointed as the vice chairman of the board. He has resigned as the company's chief executive officer and succeeded Mr. Luo Kaiyang as the authorized representative under the listing rules and the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance; Ms. Li Biqi has been appointed as the company's chief executive officer
