FAIRWOOD HOLD **(0052)** announced that Luo Huicheng has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, and Li Biqi will take over. Luo Huicheng has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board. Luo Kaiyang has been transferred from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director.

Luo Kaiyang and Luo Huicheng have confirmed that there are no disagreements with the Board and that there are no matters regarding the transfer or resignation that require the attention of the company's shareholders
