# Lo Ka-yang and Lo Fai have been appointed Vice Chairman of FAIRWOOD HOLD, and Li Bi-chi has been appointed CEO

FAIRWOOD HOLD ( 00052) announced that Luo Kaiyang has been reassigned from executive director to non-executive director and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under the listing rules and the Companies Ordinance. He will remain as the chairman of the board and the chairman of the company's nomination committee.

FAIRWOOD HOLD also announced that Luo Huicheng, son of Luo Kaiyang, has been appointed as the vice chairman of the board. He has resigned as the company's CEO and taken over as the authorized representative under the listing rules and the Companies Ordinance. Additionally, the company has appointed Li Biqi as CEO.

The above changes are effective immediately.
