# Grandwall plans to develop distributed photovoltaic power generation projects

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Grandwall Technology (603897.SH) announced that in order to save energy and reduce carbon emissions, and to practice green sustainable development, its wholly-owned subsidiaries Zhejiang Grandwall Electric New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Grandwall Electric New Material") and Huzhou Grandwall Special Shaped Wire Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Grandwall Special Shaped Wire") plan to carry out a distributed photovoltaic power generation project business with the related party Huzhou Changde Electronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huzhou Changde Electronic").

Scope and method of cooperation: Huzhou Changde Electronic will rent the rooftops and related areas of Grandwall Electric New Material and Grandwall Special Shaped Wire for the construction of solar photovoltaic power stations, and will provide renewable energy electricity for the company. Grandwall Electric New Material and Grandwall Special Shaped Wire will provide possible assistance for the construction and operation of the project company's power station, while Huzhou Changde Electronic will be responsible for the investment, construction, maintenance, operation, and management of the rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation system, with related costs borne by Huzhou Changde Electronic
