# DU DU HLDGS: WanYu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from DU DU HLDGS (08250), Mr. Chen Xi'er has resigned as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee of the company, effective April 1, 2025, due to his other business commitments.

Effective April 1, 2025, Mr. Wan Yu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee; and Ms. Yuan Huimin has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee
