According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAIER HEAVY INDUSTRY (002347.SZ) announced that the company recently received a detention notice and case filing notice issued by the Jianli City Supervisory Committee regarding Mr. Tai Zhengbiao, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, which was forwarded by his family. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Tai Zhengbiao serves as the honorary chairman of the company, does not assume or perform the duties of a director, and does not hold any other positions in the company
