According to the announcement from APEX ACE HLDG (06036), effective April 1, 2025: Executive Director Lu Yuanli has been appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee. Ms. Lu's other positions on the Board remain unchanged; and Independent Non-Executive Director Zhang Hongguang has been appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee. Mr. Zhang's other positions on the Board remain unchanged
