# Jingneng Thermal: Shareholder Zhao Yibo reduces holdings by 1.0339% of the company's shares

Jingneng Thermal announced that shareholder Zhao Yibo, holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced his holdings by 2.7257 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from March 27, 2025, to April 1, 2025, accounting for 1.0339% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, Zhao Yibo's holdings decreased from 39.546 million shares to 36.8203 million shares, with the shareholding ratio falling from 14.999995% to 13.9661%. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan and does not violate relevant laws and regulations
