# FE HOTELS: Luo Junchao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FE HOTELS (00037) has appointed Luo Junchao as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the board nomination committee, and a member of the board audit committee and remuneration committee, effective from April 1, 2025.

Effective from April 1, 2025, independent non-executive director Wu Zhijian has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, but will remain a member of the nomination committee
