According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huadian Liaoning Energy (600396.SH) announced that its shareholder Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 14.7271 million shares through centralized bidding on the secondary market within three months after the disclosure of this reduction announcement, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital
